Bloom and Grow helps raise achievement, leadership capacity, aspirations, resilience and optimism (ARO) of children and their families in the North East within the context of learning, the environment and peace.

Bloom and Grow helps individual schools or clusters in the North East become outstanding, through outstanding leadership, teaching and learning and engagement:-

• Helps your school (or cluster) move towards outstanding.
• Analyses your data to support your judgements and on progress.
• Helps your staff to better engage with pupils, staff and parents, for optimum achievement and reduction in conflict and poor behaviour.
• Create films to show evidence of your leadership impact.
• Raise funds to raise standards in literacy and numeracy of targeted groups of pupils and parents.
• Develop aspiration, resilience and optimism (ARO) in disengaged children, staff and families.
• Grow entrepreneurial leadership capacity and reduce staff under-performance.

Helen currently works with Primary and Special Schools across the North East. By securing grants for emergent school leaders, Bloom and Grow seeks to support emergent leaders to make a difference through the context of the arts, peace and environmental projects.
